1. REGIONAL SALES COORDINATORS (2)
Location: Blantyre and Mzuzu
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinators will be responsible but not limited to the following specific responsibilities;
Leading a team of sales Associates and coaching them in their respective fields
Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings.
Cold calling companies within the territory and establishing rapport for future networking.
Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
Meeting revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the sales Manager
Ensuring Closure of sales leads from within their territories and those referred by other members of staff.
Training sales Agents on sales techniques, product knowledge and Angaza sales App.
Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across the Territory.
Conducting market research to identify potential customers in their territories
Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration or its Equivalent
Strong communication skills
In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Well organized with previous experience using CRM systems
Experience leading and managing a team.

2. REGIONAL SALES ASSOCIATES (9)
Location: Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu
Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, the Sales Associates will be responsible for the following specific responsibilities;
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Generating sales leads and turning them into actual sales within the agreed TAT.
Developing existing customers and monitoring customer monthly repayments to ensure a 0 % default rate
Resolving customer queries within the agreed TAT for query resolution and attending to customer enquiries.
Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Meeting revenue targets and KPI’s as set out by the sales Coordinator.
Continuously improve through feedback
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities within their territories
Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales
Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
A minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales development
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
A team player with relationship management skills and openness to feedback
3. REGIONAL MARKETING ASSOCIATES (6)
Location: Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associates will be responsible for the following specific responsibilities;
Market, promote and sell products and services
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns i.e submitting ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
Assist in planning marketing operations to achieve revenue target
Research and identify market trends and key opportunities for innovation
Generate, keep record and follow up on both general and institutional leads
Organise marketing promotions, presentations and demonstrations to various events and companies in collaboration with the sales team
Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns (including tradeshows, meetings, advertising, etc)
Maintaining promotional materials inventory including branding and advertising schedules and plans done
Content creation and generation for all social media platforms including marketing literature i.e press releases to augment the company’s presence in the market
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of department’s activities
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction
Work hand in hand with sales team to achieve sales targets
Diploma in Marketing, Business administration or any related field (a Degree in the same will be an added advantage)
2 years marketing experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills – good orator
Very creative and can think outside the box
Graphic design and editing skills
Good team working skills
Can work under minimum supervision
Ability to multi task and adhere to deadlines
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Strong organization skills
Professional and pleasant mannerisms
